Frequently Asked Questions
Do you allow pets?
We do allow dogs and ask for a 1 time $200 pet fee. This will be requested after booking.
Our Frenchie loves the fenced backyard and sitting on the front deck people watching.
What are your check-in and check-out polices?
Check-in starts at 4:00pm. You will receive a code before your stay for self check-in.
Check-out time is 10:00am. Our cleaners come shortly after this to prepare the home for the next guest.
Are parties allowed?
Zero tolerance for parties. Our home is in a residential neighborhood with a mix of vacation rentals and permanent residents and could lose our ability to rent this home if there is a party. If one is reported we unfortunately have to call local law enforcement immediately.
Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. Please do not play loud music outside the home during quiet time.
Can I smoke or drink in the home?
No smoking of any kind inside the home. If we detect the home has been smoked in we will need to charge you a large cleaning fee to ozone the property.
Be responsible with alcohol in this home, we are not responsible for any injuries or harm related to drug or alcohol use.
Are there any cameras at the property?
There are no cameras inside or on the back porch for the privacy of our guests. However, we do have a video outdoor camera on the front of the home for extra security and for the protection of the property.
